Maintenance Rates:
$20 per half hour; $35 per hour

$100 per month for one year: includes 4 hours of work every month. If these hours are not used, they will rollover each month, but will expire the last month of the contract.

$200 per month for one year: includes 8 hours of work every month. If these hours are not used, they will rollover each month, but will expire the last month of the contract.
